Standard Group Rental
Your booking includes 2 hours of on-ice instruction and gameplay. We can customize the on-ice experience and activities to best suit your group’s preferences. For exclusive use of our kitchen and lounge areas, there is an additional rental fee depending on time and size of the group.

• 1-8 people (1 sheet) = $320

• 9-16 people (2 sheets) = $600

• 17-24 people (3 sheets) = $900

• 25-32 people (4 sheets) = $1,200

• 33 - 40 people (all five sheets) = $1,500

We kindly ask for a $100 non-refundable deposit upon confirming and scheduling your rental. The remaining amount owed will be collected during your event.

If you’d like more time than an hour after your event, let us know and we can discuss your vision together.

All curling equipment needed is provided! We just asked that you come dressed and ready to curl:

• Carry in a pair of shoes with clean, flat, rubber soled sneakers. It isn't possible to curl in big boots, clogs, sandals or dress shoes.

• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can easily squat and lunge in. (It is difficult to curl in tight jeans.)

• Dress in layers! Winter hat, gloves and light jackets are all recommended.

• We encourage everyone to bring a helmet to wear while on the ice. We do have some youth size head protection available to loan, but recommend everyone under 13 brings their own helmet/head protection.

We do allow use of our lounge for eating or meeting for additional time after time on the ice, for an additional fee.

Renters must provide all plates, utensils, napkins, etc. and are responsible for cleaning up afterwards.

Please let us know if you’d like to serve alcohol at your event and we can discuss the options!

Children must be at least 8 years old to safely curl. All children are required to have adult supervision on the premises at all times.

We do have Try Curling and Junior Curling sessions designed just for kids - with kid-size curling equipment!

Any cancellation made with less than 72 hours notice is non-refundable.

We will do our best to reschedule, but it may not always be possible.

Once your rental is confirmed you will still be charged the same rate even if fewer people attend as we have already scheduled instructors.

Please be on time! The lesson will begin when everyone in the group is on site and end at the agreed upon end time, regardless of the start time.

Yes, all curlers are required to sign a waiver before going on the ice. Waivers will be provided at the club. Curlers under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before going on the ice.

We offer various free practice ice time thorughout the week for current TC Curling Club members.

If those times don’t work for you you can schedule a time that does!

Reserved Practice Ice is designated for experienced curlers and open to TCCC Members and members of other curling clubs.

TCCC Members pay $40/hour/sheet
