In Northern Michigan, finding accessible, affordable, and inclusive activities can be difficult—especially during the harsh winter months. As we move forward from years of isolation, the need for spaces that unite people of all generations and backgrounds is greater than ever.
The Traverse City Curling Club is proud to fill that need. Our club is a welcoming place where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds can connect, stay active, and enjoy curling—a sport that’s for everyone. There’s no "type" of curler here—just a community that values play, camaraderie, and belonging. Our traditions, like broomstacking, where teammates and opponents connect after each game, foster meaningful connections and friendships.
But to keep our doors open to all as we grow and stabilize, we need your help.
Our membership and curling fees are intentionally set lower than the true cost of operations to ensure that anyone who wants to curl can afford to do so. To bridge this gap as we grow and hit our target membership numbers, we rely on the generosity of our community—through donations, time, talent, and resources.
Your contribution—whether it's a financial donation, a volunteer commitment, or an in-kind gift—helps ensure that the Traverse City Curling Club remains an inclusive, affordable, and welcoming space for everyone. Every dollar makes a difference and brings us closer to our goal of making curling accessible for all.
Join us in building a stronger, more connected community. Donate today and help us continue to provide a place where everyone belongs.
